Rhys's development experience includes a wide variety of projects from offices, shopping centres, medical buildings, residential and mixed-use projects to negotiating joint ventures.
Today, Rhys manages all facets of Rolce Investment Fund Inc. and invests great care in building and maintaining strong ties with industry contacts, investors, finance partners and developers. Rhys also remains active in the Okanagan Community and is a designated Chartered Professional Accountant.
